In a medium bowl, mix the cannabis olive oil, beans and taco mix until blended. Spread in the bottom of a large glass dish. Rinse the bowl and mix the sour cream and cream cheese together. Spread as a layer over the beans. Top cream mixture with salsa, bell peppers, green onions , lettuce and tomatoes. Finish with the cheddar cheese on top, garnish with olives and enjoy with some tortilla chips.
