Pot Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp. canna butter
  • 4 cups peaches (peeled and sliced to desired size)
  • 2 cups cane sugar (separated into 2 different cups)
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Directions:

Turn on the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, before getting out a saucepan and combining the peaches, 1 cup of cane sugar and the water. Mix well, before turning on the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Place the cannabis butter in a glass baking dish and place in the oven until it melts. Now in a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining cup of sugar, milk and flour, adding the flour a little bit at a time. Once done mixing, pour this batter over the canna butter in the baking dish. Gently place the peaches on top of this, followed by the "syrup" that has been simmering on the stovetop. Next, add as much cinnamon as desired and bake for 30 to 45 minutes. The time window is so open because of the preferences of different people. Some like a more gooey texture, while other like the cobble crisp on top. Let cool and enjoy!
