Okay, this one is really simple, but just as potent as canna butter or olive oil, if used in baked goods or any recipe calling for flour. Pick off all the stems and seeds (hopefully there aren't any) and place the buds into a coffee grinder, grinding until the buds become a very fine powder, similar in consistency to that of regular flour. Continue to do this until you have as much flour as you need. Substitute this canna flour for all-purpose flour in any recipe. Just remember to keep the temperature at 380 degrees Fahrenheit or lower, so you don't destroy the cannabinoids.
Megas is a Mexican egg dish. Just sauté some ground mj in a little olive oil; add little more oil and add cut up corn tortillas, some chopped green onion and continue to sauté til the tortillas are slightly crisp. To this ad
don't go above 380 degrees. the bread recipe calls for baking at 400 degrees. anyone know if the difference will degrade the cannabis flour?

That is so cool to hear, I also use my vaped medical mj to cook. Usually I just grind it up but now I will try to make a fine powder with it. Great suggestion happygrow, I never thought of using the leftovers for this!
I vape so I use all the vaped medicinal marijuana to cook with, mostly bownies. I truely appreciate the information on using marijuana flour. Yep lindzzz I am gonna be using this advice too!
I make hash browns all the time with weed that I grind into fine powder, but I never realized that I was making weed flour the whole time! I am so ready to try this, it opens up a ton of options for different recipes that call for more dry ingredients
