Dankerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cannabis butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Directions:

    Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine the cannabis butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend in the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Once mixed, shape dough by rounded spoonfuls into balls. Mix the 2 tbsp sugar and the cinnamon. Roll balls of dough in mixture. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 12 minutes, cookies should be set but not too hard. Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Makes 1 to 2 dozen, depending on how big you shape the balls of dough. Enjoy!
