Cheesecake

Cannabis-infused cheesecake is one of the tastiest sweet edibles available. The best way to make medicated cheesecake is to use hash oil or honey oil and melt it slowly into the butter that is called for in the recipe. However, it can also be made using the traditional CannaButter recipe.

Crust

1 ¾ cups finely crushed graham crackers

¼ cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup melted butter

4 - 6 grams hash oil or honey oil (BHO)

Filling

3 8 oz. bags of softened cream cheese

1 cup fine granulated sugar

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp finely shredded lemon peel

2 medium-sized eggs

1 egg yolk

¼ cup milk

Directions

Crust

Slowly melt honey oil or hash oil into the ½ cup of butter just as you would when making regular CannaButter. Next, add the cinnamon, nuts and graham crackers together in a large mixing bowl. Now, mix in the BHO butter. Once this is thoroughly mixed, press it into a non-greased 8-inch spring form pan and set it aside for the time being.

Filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whip the cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer. For the next step, ensure that the mixer is on the lowest or second lowest setting. Add in the 2 eggs and the egg yolk together and wait while it is steadily mixed in. Now, slowly mix in the milk. Pour this mixture into the crust and place in a shallow baking pan. Once the oven is preheated, put the pan in the oven. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes. When it is properly done, the middle should not really move when lightly shaken. Let cool on a wire rack for 15 to 20 minutes, loosening the sides of the spring form pan after this time. Let it cool for an additional 30 minutes. After this, completely remove the sides of the pan and let cool for another hour. Lastly, cover and let chill in the freezer for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy around a dozen servings.

I have yet tried the Hash Oil Cheesecake, and I medicate with hash oil, so the first chance I get to try it I will not hesitate after seeing this recipe :D And I will definitely try to make it on my own when I have enough of hash oil to make it... No joke!!!

GREAT taste, barely taste the oil...wasnt too bad of a price either. it was nice and creamy as cheesecake should be :) my cat thought it smelt good as soon as i walked in the cat went STRAIGHT to the cheesecake lol. it kinda helped its own munchies. i think im gonna go buy more tomorrow

Eating cheesecake with cannabis in it is an extremely luxurious and uplifting way of consuming. Cheesecake is very decadent, and sometimes it is hard to stop eating it. Adding cannabis butter to cheesecake is more of a process than to simple foods such as cookies or brownies.

i picked some up from vg here in bakersfield is soo good and fatting haha, better than anything at the cheesecake factory for sure. i get a whole cheesecake from vg for 65 and i get medicated for days

I LOVE CHEESECAKE! I have tried cookies and brownies, but have never seen any cheesecake till now. Just the sound of it makes me hungry and want some. I'll rate it 5stars, how could any kind of cheesecake be bad.

OMG cheesecake and a buzz, what a combination. My love of cheesecakes finally came in handy. I don't always like to have to deal with the smoke but I can not pass a good cheesecake, ever. Definitely a A-one product for the people who prefer to eat their way to pain relief.

Reading the ingredients, I think that this is a perfect recipe for someone who is trying to go beyond brownies and cookies. Using pre-made hash oil is much easier, and personally I like the taste of edibles that are made with hash oils or honeys rather than the cannabutter. I'm definitely interested in trying to make an infused whipped topping for this!

I just came across this recipe and can't wait to try it. The honey or hash oil sounds like they'd combine really well with the cheese cake flavor. I will have to try making it next week after pay day. The only downfall is if I make this cake I know I'm gonna want to eat the whole thing.

Just got the strawberry swirl cheesecake from earth source in Fresno Ca, I must say this is one of the tastiest edibles. The pure bliss of strawberry cheesecake aside, I felt in heaven with the combination of cannabis flavor in the cream cheese. This is a great blend of flavors and fat/thc ratio, so in other words, cheesecake is a tasty treat that will still get you pretty messed up.

This edible is simply decadent. Perfect potency with a great velvety creamy texture. Make sure to eat all the little crumbs of crust. Thats where the oil is.

The cheesecake is so good, but you will want
to take it slow. If your like me and like cheesecake
it can be hard to eat just a tiny little sliver.

It is extremely good with some strawberries poured
over the top of it.

Now we are talking, cheesecake and weed. Two of my favorite things all rolled into one. This was just so creamy and delicious I am glad I only had one tiny piece I might eat a whole cake if it was there and that wouldn't be good. But the slice was sheer delight.

I don't mind smoking but my favorite most preferred method of medicating is edibles or tinctures. Cheesecake what a deal, I get the real intense potency that I want and A cheesecake to top it all off. How great is that? Cheesecake is awesome, I have not met a cheesecake I didn't like, Yet.

I never heard of putting it in Cheesecake, however I guess you can put it in anything these days. I have the next few days off and can't wait to make this. Cheesecake is one of my fav desserts the only fear is that I will eat it all myself.

Well who ever came up with the addition of THC to their cheesecake was an absolute genius. Again medicate and treat the munchies altogether. But oh it is so hard to stop after one piece you want more it is so good. But way to strong for more than one slice at a time.

Wow you people obviously have more money than me. Those ingredients would cost close to $200.00 where I live. And out here in western Canada prices are lower than most other places. So sounds real good But unless I win a lottery will probably not get past the drool stage of this delight!!!
