That is because they do not pay their vendors therefore they have lame product. As for the awful staff, well what do expect from people who lie cheat and steal. Please avoid this place as it is bad karma...

This place is a rip off. Lousy staff and lousy product. Only go here if you want to see how Not to run a clinic.

This club has a lot to be desired. Lackies at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable when signing up. Then, when I got upstairs I found the selection to be one of the worst I have seen. Strains are leafy. Male staff does not seem to care. No compassion.

The Green Cure Dispensary is clinic which seems to run independently by a carefree group. I wouldn't say it's the most professional or that it's trying to be. If I were terminally ill or working with a disease, I don't think that this would be my first choice for a clinic. Nonetheless, I like the staff here, they are very friendly and so are the animals. Registration is a quick, straight forward process. This is the type of place where you probably won't be hanging on the regular. It's more of the get in, get out and get on with your day kind of place. By comparison to other centers in the general area. strains there are average but the prices sure aren't. They are definitely in the "business" of making money with prices of $500 for some of their Ounces and $25 for a gram of low quality herb; Casey Jones, Bubba Kush, White Widow. They do offer pre rolls to newbies and edibles but the quality on both of those is only mediocre also and the preroll is the type that burns your throat.

Green Cure, not to be confused with Green Dot, is another Venice collective that popped up around 2007. Theyre off Windward where the First Friday art festival is held each month. The dispensary aesthetically is not as complicated or stimulated as some other trendy decorated collectives in the area. They do have a couple pictures of old Venice skateboarding, so I guess theyre trying to keep it real. The whole collective is painted a bland white without any art or any unique decorative touch. It really has the medical clinic feel, even though they also have a pitbull freely walking around. The waiting room is very open and spacious, along with their dispensary that has a couple showcases and giant whiteboard with the menu. On the other side of the showcases was a couch with a table, so Im assuming its for patients to sample meds. They have a $55 cap for most of their flower, as well as a Private Reserve menu that is capped at $60. I wasnt too impressed with any of the flowers really in the $55 menu cap. The Private Reserve menu looked to be of better quality but Im still expecting to see immaculate bud on any Private Reserve Menu. Their True Og, Herojuana, Blue Cheese, didnt look immaculate and all were overpriced, especially if they do OZs for $500!!! For a first time special, they gave me a $7 cookie because all I ended up getting was a $10 piece of fudge. They do run happy hour specials from 4:20-7pm where patients get a free joint with their donation.
