Greenway Compassionate Relief is easy to find and parking should be no problem. They have a few policies I didn't expect to see in a small type town like the metal detectors and no phone policy. I've been to a lot of other clinics and collectives that have a more laid back atmosphere. It's interesting to see how they all differ within various cities and even block by block. It didn't take too long to fill out the new member papers and show my identification. Once I was accepted I had access to the medicinal showroom. Nice set up with autographed memorabilia and organized showroom cabinets for viewing the buds. They had a pretty standard menu. I didn't see any rare or unusual strains but to be fair they may change their daily menu. In that case it may be good to check online or by calling to see what is available on any given day. They have a super variety of edibles and the concentrates looked really good as well. Just another reason for me to go back and try some of the things that caught my eye this time like the honey and muscle ointment.

This is one of the better priced clinics in Santa Cruz. Greenway an extremely wide selection of bud, edibles, and drinks to choose from although their bud isnt nearly as high quality as SCPC just a block away. However, if youre lookingfor good deals, Greenway is a good place to go. I bought some of the Cannabis Tea as well as two truffles. The tea was extremely potent, with the high lasting me four or five hours before wearing off. The truffles were not nearly as strong; I ate both and barely felt anything. The staff is friendly and helpful, I went here after my wisdom teeth were pulled and the budtender spent a bunch of time with me helping me figure out what would be the best medicine for me. I really liked the atmosphere of Greenway and will likely come back for their tea and good prices.

Greenway Compassionate Relief Summary: Greenway is one of the larger dispensaries in the Santa Cruz area, providing easy and quick access to the store and meds. Great hash selection and decent edibles selection. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Flowers looked good with lots of hybrids available. The major downside here is the lack of sample jars for patients to inspect flowers at will. Solid service and experience overall. Review: Greenway is easy to find, the sign is clearly visible from road. Plenty of parking is available. Two guard dogs on the premises, one black and one white, both are little Chihuahuas. Theres a big reception area, where the guard greets you and instructs you to put your phone/keys/change in a container while he checks you with a handheld medal detector. If its your first time theyll give you a brochure thats helpful in tracking medicine purchases and effects. Greenway has a no phone policy, so you have to leave your phone while you shop. Once youve filled out the member agreement, verification takes no more than two minutes and youre free to shop. The medicine room is laid back and has character. Theres plenty of room, and the area is well lit. Theres autographed memorabilia on the walls and outdoorsy paintings. There were three people behind the counter, two of them greeted me and helped me. All flowers are in glass cabinets so you have to ask to see which one you want to see and smell a moderate inconvenience. There were around twenty to twenty-five types of flowers; most were hybrids of hybrids, with very few classic strains. There was a very good hash selection as they had an entire glass cabinet dedicated to hashes. Prices are a bit on the higher side - $45 to $65 an eighth, with a small discount for veterans and disabled. Very nice edibles selection too, including honey, syrup (chocolate and caramel), chocolate truffles (lumps of coal), butter, lollipops, muffins, brownies, and muddy buddies. They also had muscle salve, a topical ointment. They hooked up a sample of Blue Dream X Space Queen that looks good.
