It's always kind of tricky parking on La Cienega so be prepared to circle around the block and pay for metered parking. The Buddha Bar has a pretty nice menu selection on buds, ($50 cap). New patients get a free edible with donation. They have top shelf at affordable prices and nice staff to attend to MMJ patients needs.

I have a mixed review about this place. The people were great, the atmosphere was dope, the parking, a bit difficult, and the prices were fine. I bought an eighth and while wasn't allowed to see if the weed was dry or wet, I grabbed some purple kush. Went back to the spot, popped it open, AND it was dry. Not dry like, good dry, I mean, left in the sun for a day in some dudes car and it's burned out dry. I grabbed a nug and it literally crumbled into dust. I was so upset that I just put the whole eighth into a blunt and had a quiet afternoon reading. The blunt itself was good. I did get pretty stoned, but the dryness was evident. Harsh throat hits coming back on each puff, and it really just seemed like an over sight rather than a conscious effort to drop some bad herb on a member. Second, they gave a free edible for the new patient, but I didn't have the heart to tell em, that I'm allergic to coconut. They gave me a piece of cake with coconut all over it. Took it to my friends place. He sells edibles to dispensaries. He took a smell and told me the piece was old. It has been in the freezer for at least a month. This kind of upset me, because there are people who know their stuff but these dispensaries think they can get away with bad products. I'm glad there's such a thing as weed maps to call these places out because it will send a message to the collectives that we aren't going to take it, but also to the next person thinking of stopping by, reads this as a warning, because some places are just bad. This place is trying hard to be good, and I think it was just one of those cases where one slipped through the cracks, but if you visit this place, make sure you can at least see if your sack is properly stored and if the dryness of the weed isn't too much. (NOTE) You should hear a crack when they break a nug open. You don't want to see the nug dissolve into dust once is has been cracked.

BBC is a one of the more classy and low-key clubs of West hollywood. There's usually a pretty young Budtender who's scrawny and hairy but very approachable, and looks like he plays video games all day there (that I'm sure he does). He is a VERY NICE BUDTENDER, very knowledgeable and patient with me explaining all the different brownies, lemonade, lollipops, glycerin drops he had in that week. They also usually have 1 or 2 kinds of bubble hash, pretty low grade but extremely affordable. They're flowers are very affordable as well with 1/8's ranging from $40-$55. They usually have the top brand strains you'd usually find in the WeHo area (skywalker, headband, OG, blueberry, romulan) but have the best prices for them compared to their competitors. Overall, they have a wide selection, they're very helpful, and they tell you exactly what you're getting. Parking is a pain due to them not having a lot, so again good luck with the meters on La Cienega. Also very close to Beverly Center, Melrose, 3rd st which can't hurt. They have 0 attitude and get an A+ in customer service for this picky patient.
