I was very disappointed with the quality of the medicine. Did not last long at all. I must need stronger than their high priced strains.

This is now my favorite spot by any means, I just didn't like the whole feeling I got from my visit. I don't really like Chico so maybe that is the problem. They had the strains of GDP I was wanting so I can't say that was the issue, price was comparable. Parking is probably the biggest bonus they have.

Wasn't as pleased with their selection as what I was used to, but if you don't mind the staff not being very chatty then it works. Some days I just want in and out not talking no chit chat. This is perfect for that. Parking was great though, they have a pretty good selection of edibles I haven't tried any of them yet but Their top shelf was pretty good and the lower price well you still get what you pay for and I like a little more of a punch than the lower price gave me. when I was there they were a little more crowded than I like but that says something. So maybe I just got a bad batch of the strain I got. It was a blueberry or blackberry I can't really remember.

Probably been to better places but well they can't all be Club Med. But ya know if you are in need they can help. I have a tendency to like the outdoor variety so they had what I wanted at a pretty decent price. Their indoor strains weren't quite up to the standards I prefer. And the only problem I had with the staff was they seemed a little blah maybe they were having a bad day. I don't know. Maybe I hit them on a bad day period. But well that happens. If you are a fan of outdoor varieties from what I saw they can handle that.

A friend uses this place cause of it's location she can walk. I took her a couple of times. Their variety wasn't as extensive as I really like although it was quality stuff. But I like a wider choice range and the prices for me were a little bit out of price. She could afford I couldn't. The lower priced stuff was just about average. I felt a little weird going in it was not the most welcoming entry but ok inside.

North Valley Holistic Health is a good dispensary to purchase outdoor medicine in the Chico area. Their indoor medicine is way too expensive and I believe it's just not right for anyone to pay those type of prices. Unless you have an abundance of cash to waste, the indoor just isn't worth buying at 48/55$ an 8th, 18/20$ a gram, although the product is quality, just don't waste your money. As of March 15th their outdoor costs 35$ an 8th, 12$ a gram, this is what I recommend because the outdoor they carry is usually quality. They have a selection of around 10-15 different outdoor strains, indoor is a different story with around 3-5 strains on average at any given time. They usually have around 7-12 different edibles in on average but I find them to be overpriced just like their indoor medicine, although the edibles do medicate me very well, the prices are just too absurd for you to consider them a regular form of medicine. 10-15$ for one dose of medicine just isn't logical to pay for.(I do pay 10$ for the Bhang Cannabis Milk though, it is just really good stuff that will knock you out at nighttime). I don't really find the front door to be that appealing, it is just part of a strip of businesses but once you get inside there is a couch/chair and a wall of magazines/information about the dispensary. I have only been in the dispensary a couple times when there was more than a 5 minute wait, they just have to swipe your ID, Check your file and let you in. Even the first time you go the process doesn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Once you get behind the door, it is just a square room with two glass counters with a sample of each strain in mini jars that you can check out, inside the counter they carry some seeds of various strains and keep some of the edibles inside there. I have enjoyed the budtenders help and knowledge of the product even though they seem to be a little to medicated themselves, although this could be why they know so much about the strains. The workers also know alot about the clone selection they carry in the back of the room. The clones seem to be healthy and lacking of disease or pests, and are replaced on a regular basis. Overall, I believe NVHH is worth making a trip to if you are in a reasonable distance from the dispensary,I wouldn't drive multiple hours because I can assure you there is a dispensary closer to you with better or equal quality medicine. If you feel like taking a trip to NVHH for really quality product that is a fair/cheap price, look somewhere else. If you are looking for quality outdoor medicine or some Bhang then you should make a stop by this dispensary.

Was visiting a friend and went to The North Valley Hollistic Health out of necessity. If I had not of been suffering from such pain I would have left pretty fast. They weren't really the best type of place for someone with my anxiety level to visit, I was uncomfortable from the second I walked in. Their product was just okay as compared to what I am used to getting and to get anything that might possibly pack a punch I would have to gone way over budget. And for the edibles that I like they didn't have anything I wanted and nothing really impressed me. I hope to remember that when I go back to my friend's house down there. Remember don't shop here. It just wasn't the place for me. But I guess they must be doing something right, they are running a looks like successful operation, is it because they have no close competition? I don't know but I sure was glad to go home.

I have to agree with JuanaMedicate, it was far from a good time. Prices are bad and the quality wasn't very good either. The only thing I really like about them is the location. If you are like me $20 a gram is more than you want or have to spend. I do not and will not recommend them to anyone.

This may be one of the only spots to get medicine in and around Chico, but after visiting this place, you'd probably need to be pretty desperate to head over there anyway. The lobby wasn't anything special to look at and it took a painfully long time to get in and verified. The prices were standard from $35 to $55 an eighth, but the quality that they had to offer was so unbelievably subpar. Pretty much all of their selection are outdoor strains that look awful and their indoor were outrageously priced at all around $20 a gram. The edible selection was quite sparse and the sucker I purchased for a whopping $8 did absolutely nothing for me medication-wise.  People seemed very medicated when I was talking to them and really weren't too much help in trying to help me find what I wanted. The atmosphere was very somber and just didn't feel welcoming whatsoever. One bright spot was that their was plenty of parking, which is no surprise seeing how the dispensary is. Overall, I can imagine it being a solid spot if you're immensely desperate and deserted in Chico.  Otherwise, I couldn't recommend this place for a regular spot.
