In the world of marijuana, medical or recreational, one of the stalwart institutions is High Times magazine.
January, 2011 will be the 420th issue of the magazine, and, in honor of the occasion, they’ve released an animated video history. It’s a bit of a departure from our usual fare, but we think attention should be paid.
